--yes só confirma. Com vários times, passe --team/--scope ou VERCEL_ORG_ID; sem isso o fluxo para com missing_scope.

Torne time e projeto explícitos

Defina VERCEL_ORG_ID e VERCEL_PROJECT_ID juntos. O token autentica, mas não escolhe o destino.

Após o deploy, verifique owner, projeto, ambiente e commit. Trate missing_scope como erro de configuração.
