GitHub Projects advanced search is generally available. Instead of adding a view for each question, combine AND and OR in the filter bar and make each operational question testable.
Why separate the signal?
GitHub also documents the reviews: filter for pull-request items and a 90-day retention policy for deployment statuses. A project board is therefore not an audit log.
What to do now
✓Split a question into state, owner, and review conditions.
✓Use AND for conditions that must all hold.
✓Use OR only for genuine alternatives.
✓Preserve long-lived deployment evidence elsewhere.
