กำหนด team และ project ให้ชัดเจน

ตั้ง VERCEL_ORG_ID คู่กับ VERCEL_PROJECT_ID token ใช้ยืนยันตัวตน ไม่ใช่เลือกเป้าหมาย

หลัง deploy ให้ตรวจ owner, project, environment และ commit และถือ missing_scope เป็น configuration error
