What if a purchase is not reflected right away?
After choosing in the Shop, read the status first
The official Shop screen and examples of gear available through Gems show the choice. The important next step is not another tap but understanding the state of the purchase already in progress.
How to read four purchase states
| On-screen state | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Processing... | The store and game are checking the purchase | Wait for the result without tapping again. |
| Purchase complete. | Grant and state update finished | Check the Gem balance or Remove Ads status. |
| Grant or payment confirmation pending | One side finished while final confirmation remains | Stay connected and reopen the app after a short wait. |
| Purchase failed or network error | This attempt did not complete | Check the connection and store account; retry only after the state is clear. |
Three checks before buying
1. First see whether the free fishing loop already reaches your current goal.
2. Gems widen options such as special bait, rods, and nets; Remove Ads makes rewarded benefits quicker to receive.
3. Read the price and store confirmation, and never repeat the same tap before the first attempt finishes.
If the update is delayed
- Read Processing, Complete, Pending, or Failed on screen.
- Check whether the Gem balance or Remove Ads status changed.
- If pending, stabilize the network, fully close the app, and reopen it.
- If nothing changes, check store purchase history before attempting the same purchase again.
